Fees, refunds, and cancellation: The fee for each course is listed with the course name on the "All Courses" page. Once a course is purchased, the fee is non-refundable. You may cancel your access to our website at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable.

If a participant or potential participant would like to express a concern about his/her experience with Wellsprings Education, he/she may email us at [email protected] or call (201) 956-6299 x14. Although we do not guarantee a particular outcome, the individual can expect us to consider the complaint, make any necessary decisions and respond within 15 business days.

Wellsprings Education has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7057. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Wellsprings Education is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

Wellsprings Education is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Mental Health Practitioners as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed mental health counselors. #MHC-0208. (IMPORTANT for non-LMHCs: Only LMHC's in NYS can receive CE credit that NYSED will recognize. If you have a license in NY State, and your are NOT an LMHC, then you will get a course completion certificate, but Wellsprings Education courses cannot be used to satisfy your continuing education requirement.)
